Roxy was found under a tree at the sanctuary property and was brought to the house as protection against foxes. She has not had an easy rehabilitation to date with a scare not long after finding her, when she could not hop. A visit to the vet revealed that she had pulled her muscles and that a little rest was the way to go.

She is now on the road to recovery, especially since being released from the pen. She has teamed up with Nutmeg (another road trauma victim) who keeps an eye on her friend Roxy.
